RETURN POLICY
We offer a 5 Day DVD Replacement Policy only. There are no refunds.
In the unlikely event your DVD arrives to you damaged, or will not play, or you were shipped the wrong DVD, Lions Gate Security will replace your DVD within a 5 day period from date of receipt. You must contact us by email within a 5 day period from date of receipt for an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) Number. Provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. The RMA number must be on your return shipping label. If it is not, your package may be refused and sent back to you.

SHIPPING POLICY
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Lions Gate Security, which includes shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you were shipped the wrong DVD. In the event you were shipped the wrong DVD, it is still the customers resposibility to ship the DVD back to Lions Gate Security, which includes shipping costs. Once we have received the DVD, Lions Gate Security will refund your shipping costs.
